TODO: What SoundScope Does

TODO: SoundScope is a real-time audio spectrogram and sound recognition app. It uses your device's microphone to visualize audio frequencies and identify sounds using on-device AI.

TODO: Microphone Access

TODO: SoundScope requires microphone access to function. All audio is processed entirely on your device:

TODO: Audio is captured, analyzed, and displayed in real-time
TODO: Sound classification (YAMNet, 521 classes) runs locally via TensorFlow Lite
TODO: Audio recording is manual only — you must explicitly tap a record button to save audio
TODO: Recording only works while the app is in the foreground — no background recording
TODO: Recorded audio is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers
TODO: When you close the app, audio capture stops immediately

TODO: GPS and Location

TODO: SoundScope offers an optional GPS Sound Recording feature:

TODO: Location data is collected only when you explicitly start a GPS recording session
TODO: GPS coordinates are stored locally on your device in JSON format
TODO: Location data is never transmitted to external servers
TODO: You can delete recorded sessions at any time from within the app

TODO: Saved Sound Samples

TODO: When you save a sound sample, the audio snippet is stored locally on your device. Saved samples are never uploaded or shared unless you explicitly choose to share them using your device's share functionality.

TODO: SoundScope displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use anonymous device identifiers to serve relevant ads. We do not serve adult or inappropriate advertisements. All ads are family-friendly.

TODO: Data Retention

TODO: Audio is processed in real-time and never stored. GPS recordings and saved sound samples are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. You can also delete individual recordings from within the app at any time.

TODO: SoundScope is designed to be family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app complies with COPPA requirements.

TODO: SoundScope does not collect personal data on external servers. Audio and GPS data remains entirely on your device. The only data processed externally is anonymous advertising identifiers by Google AdMob.
